Forty guests for a 40th birthday. Lunch under the sun, dinner under the stars, at a private home perched on the edge of a Blue Mountains valley ridge.
The brief was for amazing food (thank you one of Sydney’s finest restaurants), that it had to be absolutely beautiful, and could we possibly transform the outdoor dining room and lounge between lunch and dinner?
Sometimes, the colour palette we get to work with is so delicious, so utterly just-right for the season and the space we’re styling, we tend to get a bit dizzy with joy at what we get to play with.
