Form Over Function is a full-service event design and production studio with 21 years of corporate event planning experience. We are one of the only companies that conceptualise, design, plan and oversee all key elements of your event in-house.
As corporate event designers, it is our job to understand your vision and sense of style, then create a bespoke experience just for you. We collaborate with every client on highly personalised designs for their corporate events with an emphasis on creating an environment that exudes intimacy regardless of the size of the venue, aesthetic or guest count. Our events feel effortless rather than contrived in design, but behind the scenes, every bloom, menu font, piece of linen and cocktail, will be obsessed about to create a day that’s reflective of the overall vision.
Armed not only with a passion for transforming spaces we also come fully equipped. We’re backed up by an impressive styling kit which fills the walls of over 1200 square metres of floor space in our warehouse.
Our range includes everything imaginable in a vast collection of styles across furniture, linens, lighting, props, vases, candle-holders, screens, cushions, throws and rugs, tableware, bars, dinnerware, glassware and more. Tens of thousands of possibilities. Each item is handpicked and meticulously cared for so you can have absolute confidence and peace of mind that the style and quality of what we deliver for your corporate event.

And when it comes to creating awe-inspiring floral arrangements, impressive backdrops and intriguing hanging flower installations, we are right at home with our in-house floral design team. We bring to life the most imaginative floral designs that create maximum impact.
